Jolene understands that each organization is different so she custom designs each customer solution, assessing the needs of the client, and basing her services on the results of those needs assessments.
Previously she was a consultant in the People Practice at Ernst & Young Consulting. While at E&Y she worked directly with clients in strategy and process consulting, staffing management, performance management, and learning management.
Christopher Smith

Christopher Allan Smith is an Emmy Award-winning producer/director who has geared RocketSpots.tv, his successful video production business, to producing innovative, engaging videos that grab the audience's attention with humor, emotion, and compelling images. Smith believes there's no reason you can't marry inspiring, emotional images with solid, fact-based, educational information.
Smith has found success both online and on broadcast television. He has worked on a sizzle reel and pilots for A&E and VH1 and earned two Emmy Awards in 2011 and 2012. His main focus now is producing high-quality content for the future of the broadcast industry: Video on the web. In 2007, he was nominated for the first YouTube awards, and in 2011 he was awarded a Telly Award for commercials which ran on the web. From his studio in Chico, California, Smith travels the country making videos of all types for a wide variety of audiences, large and small, broad to specialized.
Shari Barth

Shari has been in the training and consulting field since 1992, and has owned her own training and consulting firm, Optimal Training Solutions, for over 10 years. Her Problem Solving/Decision Making (PSDM), Leadership Development, and Project Management workshops have been proven to affect bottom-line profitability and have helped saved clients over $50 million.
Shari provides training (assessment, design, development and delivery), consulting (internal and external), coaching, (individuals, teams and departments) and project management (large and small scale) services. She has 20 years experience in instructional design, 18 years in stand-up facilitation, and 19 years in consulting.
Shari has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from The University of Michigan.
